At White Thread, every garment is thoughtfully crafted after your order is placed. We follow a made-to-order approach to ensure each piece receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.

 

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins creating your garment.

  • Processing Time: 7–10 working days
  • Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

As each piece is individually made, processing times may vary slightly during festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days
  • Remote Locations: Delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Your tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • A tracking link

These details will be shared on the WhatsApp number provided while placing your order.

To ensure you receive timely shipping updates, please provide an active WhatsApp-enabled mobile number during checkout.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

White Thread is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
