Returns & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. Please carefully review our return and exchange policy:

1. Return Orders:

All orders are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any items or for changes in size apart from the standard sizes listed on our size chart.

2. Size Exchanges:

If you need to exchange your item for a different size (within the options provided on our size chart), you may return the item within 3 days of receiving it. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

3. Non-returnable Items:

Custom-made items and orders for sizes not listed on our size chart are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
